Cross Country:
Monday 7pm – Gateshead Outdoor Track (Track)
Wednesday 3pm – Sports Centre (Slow Long Run)
Thursday 6:30pm – Exhibition Park (Thresholds)

All:
Friday 5pm-7pm – Sports Centre (S&C) (groups posted in the Facebook) (Sports Centre Membership required)
Saturday 4pm – Sports Centre (Circuits) (Sports Centre Membership required)
