Here we provide extracts from a series of Annual Planning Statements. These are the successors to the University Computing Laboratory Director’s Reports. However, while dealing only with computing service matters, they are all significantly lengthier (some being of over 80 pages). They deal with financial and personnel issues, as well as technical achievements and plans, but these latter matters are the main focus of the following extracts.
