We have two coaches at the club; one for athletics and one for cross country. For those wanting more specialist training we have strong links with several local clubs and can arrange for you to join them.

Chris Kirk – Athletics/S&C Coach

Chris has been with the club for three years now and has moved from a group of a few athletes to a core group of dedicated sprinters and jumpers. He also leads the Strength and Conditioning training on Wednesday as well as writing the programme for circuit training.
Chris also leads a very successful personal training company

Ian Whyte – Cross Country Coach

Ian has been working with the club for five years now and has overseen many athletes from joggers to sub 5 minute milers. He writes the training plans for all athletes running 800m up to to marathon runners.
