Chris Kirk – Athletics/S&C Coach

Chris has been with the club for four years now and has moved from a group of a few athletes to a core group of dedicated sprinters and jumpers. He also leads the Strength and Conditioning training as well as writing the programme for circuit training.

Ian Whyte –¬†XC/Distance¬†Coach

Ian has been working with the club for six years now and has overseen many athletes from joggers to sub 5 minute milers. He writes the training plans for all athletes running 800m up to to marathon runners.
