We&#8217;re keen to hear from all voices within the faculty to make this committee work in the best interests of every post-doc, however short their contract or small their group. We want every post-doc to have a safe, supportive environment to work in, and we can only try to change those issues we know about.<\/p>\n<p>Any information given to the committee will be treat as sensitive and confidential.
